El próximo 29 de septiembre, con motivo de la 8ª edición de la Noche Europea de los Investigadores, IMDEA Alimentación realizará talleres experimentales donde descubrirá la ciencia de Nutrigenómica o "Nueva Nutrición".
Noche Europea de los Investigadores es un evento pan-europeo que tiene lugar cada año durante la noche del último viernes de septiembre. En Madrid está gestionada por la Fundación para el Conocimiento madri+d promovido por la Dirección Regional de Educación, Juventud y Deportes de Comunidad de Madrid.

El Instituto IMDEA Alimentación , a través de su Plataforma de Genómica Nutricional y Alimentación “GENYAL”, comenzará la última semana de septiembre un nuevo Estudio de Intervención Nutricional.
El objetivo del mismo es evaluar el efecto del consumo diario de alimentos sin gluten (pan y galletas) enriquecidos con principios bioactivos sobre la sintomatología digestiva de pacientes celiacos .
Se buscan voluntarios que cumplan con las siguientes características:
